A holding company that builds
Lumina Holding is an Italian holding company based in Campania that brings established, operating businesses together under unified leadership.
We operate and develop businesses across several sectors, from technology and digital services to health and longevity, real estate and construction, food and hospitality, and investments. Different companies, held together by a single vision and way of doing business, with a particular focus on solid and long-lasting growth.
We step in where we can build something solid, and we run it day to day with discipline. The group rests on real revenues, structured governance and expertise earned in the field. We plan in years and decades, and that shapes what we bring into the group and how we develop it.
Lumina grew out of more than fifteen years spent inside businesses, running them as well as financing them. In 2023 we brought activities that were already operating in the market under a single holding, to give them governance and continuity. The holding is recent. The businesses, and the experience behind them, are not.
First we learned to make businesses work. Then we acquired them.

Coordinates the group's identity, communications and relationships, and the way Lumina presents itself to its counterparts.

Responsible for the group's real estate and construction activities, from enhancing the portfolio to developing new initiatives.

Oversees the group's administration, finance and management control, safeguarding the soundness of its accounts.
