Privacy policy

How we process the personal data collected through this website, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is Lumina Holding S.r.l., with registered office at Via Boscofangone S.C., Zona ASI c/o Gruppo Calvi SNC, 80035 Nola (NA). For any request relating to personal data you may write to info@luminaholding.eu.

Data collected and purpose

We collect the data you provide through the contact form (name, organisation, role, email, message and nature of interest) for the sole purpose of responding to your request and managing the relationship that follows. We do not use the data for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest in following up on the request you send us spontaneously (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this policy. Google Analytics cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the national rules implementing Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Recipients and transfers

Data is processed by the controller and by technical providers appointed as data processors for website hosting and email delivery, including Vercel Inc. and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), based in the United States. It is also processed by Google, as provider of Google Workspace, the email service in which enquiries are received and kept. Browsing data collected by analytics cookies, only with your consent, is also processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (United States) for Google Analytics 4. Such transfers to third countries take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent adequacy mechanisms. Other companies of our group that provide administrative and IT support also process the data, acting on our instructions as data processors. Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties.

Retention

We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle the request and any relationships arising from it. In the absence of a relationship, contact-form data is kept for a maximum of 24 months; where contractual relationships exist, the retention periods set by law apply. Google Analytics 4 data, collected only with your consent, is deleted automatically, event-level data after 14 months and user-level data 14 months after your last visit; aggregated statistical reports are kept.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, as well as object to processing, by writing to info@luminaholding.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. In your browser's storage it saves only your cookie choice, which is valid for six months before you are asked again, and, if part of the page fails to load, a temporary marker used to retry once, which is cleared when you close the tab. Only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) sets two analytics cookies, _ga and _ga_W2JNK0T87C, which last up to two years and help us understand in aggregate how the site is used. Analytics cookies are third-party cookies. You can give or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; when you withdraw it, the two cookies are deleted.
