Lumina Holding is an Italian holding company. We operate and grow businesses across several sectors, as operators who build and stay.
We operate and grow businesses across several sectors, from technology to digital services, from health and longevity to real estate and construction, through to investments. Different companies, held together by a single way of doing business, concrete and built to last.
We enter where we can build something solid and we manage it every day, with discipline. Behind every one of the group's activities there are real revenues, a structured governance and expertise developed in the field. We think in years and decades, and this changes what we bring into the group and how we grow it.
Lumina does not stem from capital in search of uses, but from over fifteen years spent inside businesses, making them work and not only financing them. In 2023 we brought under a single structure activities that had already been on the market before, to give them governance and continuity. The group is young as a container, not as content.
First we learned to make businesses work. Then we bought them.

Head of Investments
Oversees the selection and integration of holdings, from assessing opportunities to bringing them within the group's perimeter.

Head of Brand & Communications
Coordinates the group's identity, communications and relationships, and the way Lumina presents itself to its counterparts.

Managing Partner, Real Estate
Responsible for the group's real estate and construction activities, from enhancing the portfolio to developing new initiatives.

Oversees the group's administration, finance and management control, safeguarding the soundness of its accounts.
